Mark Hindle

We had a great class yesterday with Mark Hindle at KNT last night.  It was my first class with him since he returned from The Hague where he danced in the Dutch version of The Lion King. We began with a very challenging barre, a delightful port de bras followed by some petits jetés, temps levés and pas de chats.   Mark has a great eye for detail and although it was a big class we all got a correction.

Mark also took the advanced and pointe classes which followed out class. I understand from those who attended them that those classes were good too.

Mark will teach our second company class in Studio 3 of the Dance House this Saturday, 30 Sept 2018 at 13:30.  We are very much looking forward to meeting dancers from Manchester and Liverpool.  His company class is filling up nicely but we could still squeeze in one or two more if you want to register below.

Our last class of the season will be given by  Annemarie Donoghue of Northern Ballet at Dance Studio Leeds on 28 July at 14:00.

After the August break we will be auditioning for our first performance.   We do not yet have the numbers or funding to attempt The Nutcracker in January but we shall certainly perform something in public early in the New Year and I am exploring every opportunity.   Also after the summer, an excellent teacher from the Netherlands has offered to put us through  our paces in Liverpool September.
