I should like to thank Annemarie Donoughue for an outstanding class yesterday.  I would also like to thank everyone who attended for making it so enjoyable.   Several of our regulars were unable to attend because of commitments of one kind or another but we welcomed two new members from Ripon and Sheffield.

I had told Annemarie about Katie Geddes's invitation to perform the choreography that Jane Tucker had taught us on 17 July at Dance Studio Leeds's gala on 19 Nov 2022 and had asked her to include some of it in the centre exercises.   Annemarie also discussed with Jane the exercises that we would need to build up our strength and stamina.   As a result, she gave us a great barre and some very challenging centre work.

 I was v ery impressed by the polish and precision with which the exercises were performed.  I shall share some of the footage that I took yesterday privately.
